fill out a Tax Free Form right after the purchase is made.

Please take into consideration that Tax Free Forms can be submitted for VAT refund within the period of 12 months since the day of purchase.

WHEN TO EXPECT THE REFUND?

1. Within 5 working days* from the moment we receive the original copies of documents.

* This processing time excludes the time required to proceed the transactions by involved companies that deal with money transfers.

2. Within 2 working days* after the submission of documents using the CITYREFUND self-service kiosk.

HOW TO REQUEST TO AMEND THE REFUND OPTIONS?

If you have already sent us your Tax Free Forms and receipts, but the refund has not yet been processed, it is still possible to change your initial options - the type of refund disbursement. We offer two solutions:

1. Log-in at e.refundoffice.eu and assign convenient method of refund disbursement , as well have an access to all your Tax Free documents online

2. Inform us about your request trough a "Contact Us" form indicating the ID number of your Tax Free Form, your personal data and the desired form of refund disbursement.
